Refund Returns

Please read all information carefully before placing your order. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Once an order is submitted, it is immediately processed and cannot be canceled due to our high order volume. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.

Returns
To request a return, you must contact Customer Service at 1-833-365-6785 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and verified as eligible, refunds (less shipping and handling) will be processed within 2–4 business days. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. To avoid delays, please ensure your name and delivery address are accurate when submitting your return. For refund inquiries, contact Customer Care at 1-833-365-6785.

Additional Return Terms

Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. We do not accept or refund items marked “Return to Sender.” Refunds are only issued for purchases made directly through our website or call center. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
